and less than 30 guys. That's an incredible ratio. When's the last time you walked into a single's bar in the states and found yourself surrounded by such a ratio of women to men. Usually, it's the reverse, right? Even more so, when's the last time you walked into a single's bar and every single woman there, for a small fee, would fuck and suck your dick until you were ready to melt into the bed. Welcome to Bangkok Welcome to Thermae. (Note: during high season, from December through January, there will be a lot more tourists, so the ratio will not be as inviting).

The new Thermae is located on Sukumvit road, between Soi 13-15. (Thermae closed down just a few years back and has now relocated right up the street. It's the same as the old, but in a new location). To get there, just take a meter taxi from the Nana hotel or wherever you are staying. Actually, if you are staying at the Crown, which is on Soi 8, just walk to the Sukumvit road, turn right and cross the street at the walk bridge.

As you walk down the stairs, keep walking in the same direction. In a few minutes you will see the sign, Thermae Coffee House. Then walk down the stairs where Thermae is in the basement. Thermae opens around 10 p.m. and closes at dawn (or whenever the customers finally leave). You can get there as early as 10 p.m., but the bulk of girls don't start piling in till around midnight. Everyone seems to dog pile around 2 a.m. when the bars in Nana and Soi Cowboy close. Then girls from the Go Go bars come to earn a few bucks (although most of the Go Go girls now go to the Nana disco, Angels. Following that, everyone follows the leader and heads over to Thermae).

I should mention there are two entrances to Thermae, the front and the back. When the old Thermae was open, they would usually lock the front door after midnight and you'd have to walk through the dark alley, to the back door to enter. From there you'd walk past the toilets and kitchen (too close to each other if you asked me) and then downstairs to the bar. But now the front door remains open at all hours, so you can enter and exit right on Sukumvit Road. Or go through the back. It doesn't really matter. You'll see the large red sign, 'Thermae Coffee House, right on Sukumvit. Follow the arrow which leads you down the stairs, open the door and you're in heaven: pussy heaven, that is.

One place not to be missed in Bangkok is the after-hours Thermae Coffee House (relocated on Sukumvit, between Soi 13 &15). It is here tourists from all over the world come to meet some of Bangkok's finest.
