In conclusion, the 60 MINUTES show failed to demonstrate their case that tourism plays a significant role in the sex industry in Thailand as it relates to child prostitution. One can argue that if such investigative reporters as 60 MINUTES were unable to demonstrate the reality of child prostitution in Thailand, then perhaps what we have been told about the thousands of "prostituted children" is at best an exaggeration.
