Chiang Rai or Bust!

Greetings to everyone from Thailand. This year has been a very interesting year for me, that is for sure. On Dec. 27 of last year, I made a decision to move out of Pattaya (the true sex capital of Thailand) and head up north to a tiny town known as Chiang Rai. Chiang Rai is almost at the northern tip of Thailand, about an hour or so bus ride from the border of Thailand and Burma (Myranar, as it is officially called).

If you've been following my posts on our discussion board, you probably have an idea of what's going on up here. In a nutshell, I have moved from "pussy hounding" mode to "virgin chasing" mode. I know many of you have been asking, "What the hell is Mac doing hanging out in a small town chasing virgins?"

For years I've noticed guys who come to Bangkok and Pattaya on a sex vacation. It doesn't happen to everyone, but enough guys come here and end up falling in love with a bar girl. Now, let me say up front a bar girl is just as human as anyone else and I don't have anything personal against them. However, the harsh reality is the nature of a bar girl is to fuck. She will fuck you, she will fuck me, and she will fuck the next guy that flashes his 1,000 note Thai baht note in front of her face. Nothing wrong with that...until you discover that every girl who continues to fuck for money is the one who you have been supporting for the past few months and has told you she has stopped working the bar. Yes, she may indeed have stopped working the bar, that is, the bar you met her at. Now she's working a different bar, one that she figures you'll never find her at (should you have friends spying on her) and I'll bet my life she is still fucking for a living. While living in Pattaya over the past 2 years, I must have slept with easily 500 bar girls, probably more. Of that, more than a handful told me up front they were currently being supported by a "falang" (Westerner). I recall one babe I met at Tony's disco who had a passport and ticket in hand, ready to depart the country the following day to be with her fiancee. I guess she figured one last fuck couldn't hurt anything and the guy would never find out. So as a going away present, well, actually it still cost me 1,000 baht, she fucked my brains out. Following I have not seen her since. If only her fiancee knew what she was up to the day before she had flown out to be with him.

Gents, the fact is if you fall in love with and get involved with a bar girl, well, good luck to you. The nature of such a beast is to fuck and will continue doing so for as long as there are paying customers. There is no concept of sexual loyalty whatsoever with any of these bar girls. I don't care how much you think she loves you, how much money you are sending her, how much precious time you spent together. The minute you leave the country, until the very day you return, she will be out on the town, fucking every guy in sight. If you think otherwise, you are thinking with your dick, not your brain.

What this means is if you are seeking out a serious relationship with a woman you can trust, you will need to do so with someone who has not made a decision to rent out her pussy to every guy in town. Rather, you should find someone who has a sense of sexual morals and loyalty, to be blunt, someone who won't be out fucking the troops while you are out of town. How do you go about finding such a woman? Where do you meet her? What is the dating process? While dating her, can you sleep with her? If you fall in love and wish to marry her, what will it cost? Once you get married, how will you get her back to your home country? Or even should you bring her back?

All these questions is what my journey to Chiang Rai is all about. For the past three months, and I'm still in the learning stage, I've been spending most of my time dating non bar girls. My mission if you will, has been to discover firstly, a) is it even possible to date non bar girls (i.e., are they interested in foreigners; do you need to speak Thai to get a date), b) where and how do you meet girls, c) how exactly do you get dates with them, d) once the date progresses, how do you turn it into an intimate relationship, e) what are the cultural conflicts, f) dealing with the girl's family, g) how much does a wedding cost, and lastly h) options of marriage, living together, short time love affairs, multiple girlfriends.

While life in the big city (i.e., living in Bangkok and Pattaya) is nothing less than exciting and packed with amusement (i.e., there is more pussy than a guy can handle), living up north in a small town and chasing the local virgins offers new and exciting possibilites. Granted, not everything goes your way at times (just getting a kiss with a girl who is still virgin can take months), the potential rewards (i.e., of finding a girl who will truly dedicate her life to you, not just for your money) is potentially high. With that in mind, stand by as we go deeper and deeper into the world of chasing Thai virgins and going beyond that of the pursuit of the Bangkok-Pattaya bar girl.
