1.
Svay Pac ("11 km").
A dirt road housing clusters of brothels which employ Vietnamese prostitutes.
About a 40-minute taxi ride (hire a private taxi for $5 an hour out of your
hotel) or 11 kilometers from downtown Phnom Penh. Seeing that Svay Pac is
open in the early afternoon, it is suggested you go there around noon; it
is not safe to go during the evening. Rates are $5 (pay in US currency)
for "short time" (i.e., sex in the brothel which has no toilets,
no showers, no air conditioning ...it's basically a pig pen). Best advice
is to choose a woman to spend the night in your hotel. Rates run about $25
for all night. The girls do not speak a word of English. It is highly recommended
you use condom protection. You may also wish to wear a helmet and plated
body armor. Recently a vengeful customer threw a hand granade into one of
the brothels harming several innocent people (a Cambodian house specialty
when seeking revenge against someone). Not the world's safest place to visit,
but the Vietnamese sex workers are absolutely adorable. Visit at your own
risk. |

2.. Martini's disco. The hot spot for picking up both Vietnamese and
Khmer freelance prostitutes during the evening. Open from 8 p.m. till "late"
("late" in Asia means "whenever the customers decide to stop
buying drinks"). Martini's is a low-class disco, an outdoor movie theater,
and openair bar, all mixed into one. Drinks will run you $1 to $2. All the
girls you meet in Martini's are prostitutes, professional to the max. Most
girls charge $20 for all night (prices are negotiable) and $10 for "short
time" in your hotel (Martini's is not a brothel; you must take the
girl to your hotel if you wish to have sex with her). Be sure you take a
private taxi-not a motorbike taxi-when you return to your hotel. Robbers
hang outside Martini's waiting for their next victim. Robbers tend to avoid
tourists who ride in cars (as the robbers ride in motorbikes and can hardly
compete with a car). Dress is very casual (although the women dress to the
max, but the tourists dress like bums). Lots of really cute women, but potentially
a very dangerous place to hang out. |

3.
Lei Lei Massage Parlour: Located on 63rd
Street (take a motorbike taxi during the day). Open from noon till midnight;
advised you go there during the daytime. Lei Lei is a high-class massage
parlour (whore house, to be more succinct) that employs about thirty very
nice looking Vietnamese women. You can have sex with the woman of your
choice (actually, her choice, as the one I wanted wouldn't go with me)
either at the parlour ($10 for an hour) or at your hotel (same price).
I found Lei Lei extremely kick-back and relaxing and found this one 19-year-old
Vietnamese girl with a near perfect body and wonderful per sonality (finding
a happy woman who likes you is the key to choosing your woman-some say
it's the woman that ends up choosing you). She wanted to spend the entire
night with me, but at $40 for all night (double what you pay elsewhere),
I passed. Lei Lei is set up in style similar to the massage parlours in
Thailand in that the women wear number tags an stand behind a glass-plated
window. However, the women are free t roam around the parlour and when
you see one you like (and that like you), she can come over and sit with
you and cuddle for as long as yo like. Order the delicious melon tea for
$1 and enjoy the sites. Some rea cute ladies. My type of place.
(In Phnom Penh you can meet both the dark-skinned local women (Khmer)
and the fair skinned Vietnamese women. The women featured here are originally
from Cambodia.)
