ANGELES CITY,
HERE I GO AGAIN!

Some guy is gonna be one lucky son of a bitch who winds up marrying her. You have to check out that Cobra bar when you go to the Island of Cebu. (For more information on Cebu, ask us about our Cebu travel video and the Philippine Guide Book, 1998.)

The day I left Cebu was a pretty sad one for my friend Ma Lou. She had fallen in love with me but my heart was reserved for someone else. That someone was Linda, in Angeles City. No matter how many girls I met on Cebu I couldn't stop thinking about Linda.

The first thing I did when I got back to Angeles was go to Linda's house and apologize to her for what I said to her. I went to her house but the neighbors told me Linda moved out with her friends to another place, and didn't leave word with anyone where she went. I remember it was raining that night and I got soaking wet as I searched the town for Linda. I went to all her hangouts, talked to all her friends and left word with all of them where I was staying. I got back to my hotel room about midnight and was exhausted and depressed. All I could think of is that she found someone else and was with some other guy having a good time.
It was about 12:30 a.m. when my phone rang and I picked up the phone and it was the hotel desk clerk. The clerk told me that a girl by the name of Linda was there at the front desk and wanted to know if it was alright to let her come up to my room. I dropped the phone on the floor and ran downstairs to the front desk in just my shorts. There she was, all soaking wet and crying. We hugged each other and went back to my room. She told me that her friend at the "Butterfly Bar" told her I was looking for her about fifteen minutes ago. She said she ran most of the way to my hotel when she heard where I was staying. That was one of the happiest days of my life. Linda and I spent the last three days together in my hotel room and rarely came up for air. The only time we left the room was to go take a swim or get something to eat.
