| THE "60
MINUTES" Interview with ED BRADLEY, THE REAL STORY! |
Bradley: (Then narrates off camera) "No its not very rare." Bradley then goes onto show a clip of Beach Road in South Pattaya Beach Resort while stating, "one does not have to look very hard or far to find underage prostitutes in Thailand."
Obviously we have a clash of opinion here. According to expert travel writer Mac Horn, finding underage prostitutes in Thailand is no easy task. According to Ed Bradley, it's a piece of cake. My question is this:
1. If it's so easy to find underage prostitutes in Thailand, why did 60 MINUTES have to hire a guide to find that one girl who said she was 15? Why not just walk down Beach Road in Pattaya, the section of town they filmed while Bradley stated it was so easy to find underage girls, and with their hidden camera interview 10 or 20 underage hookers?

If it's so easy to find underage girls, why don't we see groups of them on the
T.V. Of the thousands and thousands of hookers working the bars and roaming the streets of Pattaya, you're gonna to tell me you can only come up with ONLY ONE who SAYS she's 15? And you needed a guide to find her? Man, that's pretty weak if you ask me. Where are all these underage hookers that are so easy to find? Let's see some proof, pal! An isolated case of one alleged 15 year old doesn't prove jack shit! Next thing you know 60 MINUTES will tell us all porno stars in the United States are under 18 because of the one incident of Tracey Lord's working the business when she was 16. Doesn't work that way. An exception to the rule is merely that: an exception. Bradley would have us think one exception makes the rule. Idiot!
