If one considers price only, try truck stops in India, where for $2-$3 you get a quickie and for $5 all you can fuck in a motel. The truth of the matter is that price has almost nothing to do with quality of sex. Many places in the world (including third-world countries) have better health care available than you can find in western countries (especially the US). That crap about india is from a national geographic article I saw a few years ago.
