As a full PS Brit, I know what you are talking about IN THE PAST, even as recently as 10 years ago. However, I find UK has loosened up and the freed sexuality has many ways of ooozing out.
20/30 years ago English girls were "the wild nymphos" of Spain and Italy. What I see now, they make it at home, many cashing in on it. Being over 50, bold and little chubby, I would feel stupid going to a disco or hunt for young nymphs, but that's what the swelling ranks of @escorts@ are made of....there a THOUSANDS of them.
Yes there are still few of the old 'near-beer' clip joints, but they are in decline as the average guy know what he wants and does not stand for nonsence witha stiff upper lip.
The only problem I have are THE PRICES ! These are driven up by pimps and illegality and establish 'the going rate'. A friend told me that in Nottingham, one of the 2nd tier university towns, you can pick up an amateur for £20-30 in a cafe, a shop etc.
You mention Brazil, another compares Thailand, I hold the German FKK, or Kiev or Moscow as the ultimate. So we have different perspectives. As I live now in USA, I have the misfortune of constraints, prices and inhibitions in both ends.
Finally, London is not UK any more then NY is USA. You can find everywhere what you are looking for: Brazillians, Thais and RUSSIANS; in UK or USA they are all plentiful etc. It is a question of COST and TROUBLE to get it.

To add to UKspy's suggestion, if anyone is looking for serious action anywhere in the UK, the definitive guide is without doubt www.punternet.com, the title coming from the English term "punter", in this context a modern reference to chaps like us, i.e. men who avail themselves of the services of ladies of the night.
