Frequent visits to Philly have always been rewarded with visit to Kensington. Drive up and down under the elevated and enjoy. Always put wallet, pager, etc out of way or suffer the loss in any place.
Best place I have been for younger, cleaner, white girls. Many look like girl-next-door type. 20-40 for bj to good •••••••. I always drive around several times to see if cops in area. Also, never, never negotiate until she is in car and I am driving several blocks away.

Philly does have some assets, but its been a while for me, so others will have to fill in most of the blanks. |

I was just on north philly, by broad and they was a lot of sweet chocolate around, but also a lot of police, Im going to check tomorrow and post. |
